Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 20 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 limes juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 4 ounces white rum
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar optional, to taste
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries and lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the Mint and Lime: In a large pitcher or cocktail shaker, add the mint leaves and lime juice. Muddle them together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  • Add the Rum and Cranberry Juice: Pour in the white rum and cranberry juice. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add sugar to taste. Stir well to combine.
  • Fill Glasses: Fill four glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mojito mixture evenly into each glass, filling them about 2/3 full.
  • Top with Soda Water: Top each glass with soda water to fill. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cranberries and lime wedges, and add a sprig of mint if desired. Serve immediately.
