4hibiscus tea bags or 4 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
1/4cuprose syrupstore-bought or homemade
Ice cubes

Homemade Rose Syrupoptional:
1cupwater
1cupsugar
1/2cupdried edible rose petalsor 1 teaspoon rose water
Instructions
Make the Hibiscus Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Remove from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags or dried hibiscus flowers.
Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain out the hibiscus flowers or remove the tea bags.
Allow the hibiscus tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
Make the Rose Syrup (if making at home): In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and add the dried edible rose petals. Let steep for about 10-15 minutes. If using rose water, add it after removing the syrup from heat.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the rose petals. Let it cool and store in the refrigerator.
Assemble the Iced Tea: In a large pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea and 1/4 cup of rose syrup. Stir well to mix.
Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more rose syrup if desired.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the rose hibiscus tea over the ice.
Garnish each glass with a fresh rose petal and a lemon wheel.
