Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole-grain bread
- 1/2 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
- 1 small cucumber thinly sliced
- 4-5 radishes thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh herbs parsley, cilantro, or dill for garnish
Instructions
- Toast the whole-grain bread slices until they are golden and crispy.
- Spread a generous layer of hummus on each slice of toast.
- Arrange the thinly sliced cucumbers and radishes evenly over the hummus.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the vegetables.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
