Instructions

  • Cook the Pancakes: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with vegan butter or oil.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
