Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine 750ml
  • 1/2 cup lavender syrup recipe included
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Edible flowers for garnish

Lavender Syrup:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Lavender Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and dried lavender flowers.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender flowers. Let cool completely.
  • Prepare the Sangria: In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine and lavender syrup.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and fresh raspberries.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve the Sangria: When ready to serve, add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each glass.
  • Garnish with edible flowers.
