Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or vegan feta
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  • Evenly distribute the chopped artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onions over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.
  • Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
