Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust or homemade pizza dough
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese or vegan feta
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Evenly distribute the chopped artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and red onions over the crust.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the toppings.
- Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
