  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup diced Mirabelle plums fresh or canned

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
  • Gently fold in the diced Mirabelle plums.
