Ingredients
- Pasta – 1 lb Penne
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes – 1/2 cup chopped
- Feta Cheese – 3/4 cup crumbled
- Cucumbers – 1 cup diced
- Red Onions – 1/2 cup thinly sliced
- Black Olives – 1/2 cup sliced
- Olive Oil – 1/4 cup for dressing
- Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
- Oregano – 1 teaspoon dried
- Sugar – A pinch
For the Dressing
- Olive Oil Lemon Juice, Oregano, Sugar, Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the Penne Pasta as per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
