- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pound assorted wild mushrooms such as shiitake, porcini, and oyster, cleaned and sliced

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
