  • 1 Avocado (large) diced
  • ½ cup Cilantro chopped

  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

For the Dressing:

  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cumin ground

  • Salt & Pepper: To taste
